You can watch on TV using Chrome Cast or download put in flash and watch anywhere
AppleTV works great too- you can ‘mirror’ your phone or IPad (swipe setting) or use AirPlay (theTV) icon- sometimes the video will cut out with AirPlay.
I still have to watch it on my Computer! But the ad says I can stream to my TV. I don’t know how.
